  1. The candidate you selected is signed up as a Continental employee contracted to your company.

  2. Continental handles all their benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) plans, and provides the employee with a weekly paycheck.

  3. Continental pays all the payroll taxes, insurance and fees associated with this employee and files all the required government and tax forms.

  4. At the end of the month, you are invoiced for the employee and associated costs (taxes, insurance, administrative and handling fees).

  5. You have one invoice to pay and no other forms or taxes to handle. It’s that easy!
