- Continental handles all their benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) plans, and provides the employee with a weekly paycheck.
- Continental pays all the payroll taxes, insurance and fees associated with this employee and files all the required government and tax forms.
- At the end of the month, you are invoiced for the employee and associated costs (taxes, insurance, administrative and handling fees).
- You have one invoice to pay and no other forms or taxes to handle. It’s that easy!
