Business incubators come in all different shapes and sizes, and can vary in the way they deliver their services, and in the types of clients they serve. However, successful completion of a business incubation program increases the likelihood that a start-up company or small company will stay in business for the long term: Historically, 87% of incubator graduates stay in business. Continental’s connections to Indiana’s 11 incubators can facilitate any company’s move to our low-cost, business-friendly environment.

Continental Personnel Services works with many state and federal agencies to help start-ups and small businesses utilize free programs and initiatives.

Did You Know?

Thanks to a law passed in Indiana in 2005, small business owners have a voice in their state’s regulatory process, and a seat at the table when state regulatory decisions are made. On the federal level, a similar law has been introduced to the Senate that offers the same opportunity for small businesses everywhere in the U.S.A.

State Training Fund Assistance

Continental can assist you in obtaining State Training Funds if your project qualifies. These funds can be significant – up to $200,000 and often take just a few months to get approved.

"Bundled Services"

Continental can design programs and services that include personnel and equipment and/or material. Continental handles all purchasing of equipment and material and includes a rental fee on the monthly invoice. This saves you the up-front capital costs of your project and lets you stretch your dollars.
